In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-large size projects. The Project Manager will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with company and project policies, procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets.
Responsibilities:
- Project Ownership: Lead the planning, coordinating, execution, and closing phases of the project. Manage project resources efficiently and effectively.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure project quality and all project activities adhere to procedures, regulations, standards, and specifications.
- Target Achievement: Drive the project team to achieve established targets and deliverables within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. Must be aware of other contractors activities and their impact on the project.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders. Manage RFI’s and submittals.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the project team and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of PM experience in a construction related environment
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to function independently
- Must be open to travel up to 50%
